- I have a SupraFaxModem 144i that says right on the box that it is
- "Upgradeable to Voice", that I bought over 2 years ago. The "upgrade"
- became available about a year later and consisted of sending it back and
- paying about what I paid for in the first place and getting another modem!
- Strange "upgrade" policy! For just a bit more I can now buy a _28.8_
- with voice. I certainly feel misled and cheated. I would not have bought
- this Supra if I had suspected such a lousy "upgrade". The modem has a
- plug for a voice upgrade so it is obvious that Supra had intended to do it
- differently. What changed their minds?
